Peanut Butter and jelly Drive Delivery For RCS
On November 11, members of Tryon Civitan Club, the soon-to-be chartered We Can Civitan Club, Craven Early College Junior Civitan Club and Early College EAST Junior Civitan Club, delivered 675 jars of peanut butter and 135 jars of jelly to Religious Community Services for them to use in their food pantry and at their soup kitchen and homeless shelter! When we arrived, they had only 2 jars of peanut butter left in their warehouse, so we were right on time! A picture of the HAPPY Civitans and Junior Civitans making the delivery was featured in the Sun Journal on November 21. Way to go, Civitans and Junior Civitans!
