Tryon Civitans donate money and time to help create successful local and state Special Olympic events.

Our members assist all year long with various local Special Olympic events

During the Spring Track and Field Event (usually held in May) our members volunteer in many ways

Set up events

Clean out and set up concession stand

Hand out medals to athletes

Cheer athletes and give out many hugs

Helping Special Olympics financially, Tryon Civitans…

Donate directly to NC Special Olympics.

Donate directly to Craven County Special Olympics.

Help sponsor Craven’s Got Talent (fundraiser for SO) along with New Bern Civitan.

Assist Knights of Columbus with a Spaghetti Dinner in October. Proceeds go to Craven County Special Olympics.
